Rental Policies

  • A valid driver’s license or positive identification is required on all rentals.
  • All rentals require a deposit in advance. Deposits can be paid with cash, credit card or check.
  • Rental items are charged for time out, not time used. Rental items are charged for the total time out including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Prompt return saves you money!
  • Delivery service is available at an additional charge.
  • All linen orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance. There is a 100% cancellation charge on linen. Customers are responsible for the replacement cost of missing or damaged linen.
  • For sanitary reasons, all china, glassware, etc. must be rinsed immediately after use.
  • A deposit is required on all party orders. There is a 50% cancellation fee on all orders from the time the order is placed.
  • There will be a charge for all missing or broken items.
  • A cleaning charge will be assessed for all items returned dirty.
  • Customer is responsible for any and all tire damage, including flat tires. Damage waiver does not cover tire damage.
  • Customer is responsible for fuel for all equipment and must return equipment with a full tank of fuel.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice and do not include sales tax or damage waiver charge.
